Date: 25 August 2026
Resource Type: Policy brief

This briefing summarises the key findings from a study examining the individual and combined effects of land rights, credit and agricultural extension services on multiple dimensions of poverty in Tanzania. Drawing on nationally representative household data, the study investigates whether the poverty-reducing impact of land rights depends on access to these complementary services, and presents evidence supporting the adoption of an integrated approach in future policy interventions.
